UNRAVEL THE POTENTIAL OF YOUR ACTIVES
WITH RELEVANT IN-VITRO, 3D HUMAN MODELS
We bring a broad and solid expertise of 7 years in human skin biology in different areas like Cell Biology, Molecular Biology and Vascular Immunology.
With our 15 years of overall primary cell human culture experience, coupled with multi-disciplinary research experience, we can provide support for most in-vitro R&D project phases.
We focus on obtaining meaningful information about your actives/compounds using multicellular co- culture 3D in-vitro models with primary cells isolated from Human Skin and other tissues.
Beyond standard tests, we are very strong in designing the tests tailored specifically for your needs and questions.
SCIENCE IN FOCUS
We keep abreast of scientific progress in biology, biomedicine and biological mechanisms. Combined with our knowledge and experience, we can address specific questions with a new perspective, either by developing a completely novel model or by refining of existing methodologies.
YOUR PERSONALIZED PROPRIETARY MODEL
The cosmetic industry regularly invests to develop novel models with potential for demonstrating innovative or improved solutions to real problems. We support the client’s wish to bring proprietary models first-to-market with our know-how and experience. We possess a strong foundation for implementing novel models with our experience in developing human primary cell cultures and precision tuning of the reagents that are key for their culture.
MAIN PRIMARY HUMAN SKIN CELL TYPES
Epidermal Keratinocytes (HPEKs), Dermal Fibroblasts (HDFs), Microvascular Endothelial cells (HDMECs), Dermal Adipose Derived Mesenchymal Stem Cells (Ad-MSCs), Epidermal Melanocytes (HPEMs), ex-vivo human full-thickness skin models. All of the above singly or in combination can serve as specific models to be used to establishing objectively mechanisms of action.
For all the cells or tissues utilized for in-vitro studies, we adhere to ethical guidelines and procure only anonymized tissues that have been discarded after surgical removal. All our cell or tissue providers have received an ethics approval and have obtained prior informed consent from donors.
